In the origin tales of most cultures on the face of the Earth, there are legends of ascended masters, intermediaries to the gods or visiting teachers from other worlds. From Apocryphal and Sanskrit Vedic texts,
to the rituals and oral traditions of the Hopi, Tibetan and Celtic tribes, there are eerily similar myths of outside influences at the dawn of these and many other cultures.

Paleocontact theories are theories and speculations which center around the proposal that the Earth has at some point in the distant past been visited by intelligent beings, and that furthermore such contact is linked either to the origins of (or their developmental influence on) human consciousness, culture and technologies.

We are a collective of academic researchers and rogue scholars intrigued by alternative origin theories of human consciousness in general and the Paleocontact Hypothesis in particular.

The Society is dedicated to fostering field research, peer review and multimedia presentation of these topics in an
empirical environment.

The Paleocontact Hypothesis relies as much on intuition and Akashic records as it does on carbon dating and archeological anomaly. Therefore, we value the input of rogue scholars as much as we do leading academics in this forum.
